The Swan Shopping Centre continues to prioritise the safety and wellbeing of its customers. We’re continuing to put in place measures to help you safely enjoy everything the shopping centre has to offer and to have a great time whilst visiting us.
From Monday 19 July all stores and dining outlets are open and some safety measures, such as one way systems, have been removed. Mask wearing is not mandatory, but it is encouraged where people are able. People are also respectfully asked to keep a distance from other shoppers where possible to help look after each other when visiting The Swan Shopping Centre.
Keeping Customers Safe
Some safety measures remain in place at the shopping centre to make the shopping experience as safe and enjoyable as possible for everyone. By doing this we will be able to continue supporting the needs of our community.
We would also ask that everyone is considerate to the centre’s staff, those working in the stores and to other shoppers when visiting us.
Where possible, we ask that people try to give each other space whilst shopping and dining at The Swan Shopping Centre and to show consideration for others.
Visiting our stores
Each store is able to determine its own policies and some may require mask wearing. Please get in touch with individual stores if you want to find out their policies in advance of your visit.
It is encouraged to wash your hands regularly during your visit. This can be done within the centre’s Public Toilets or at a number of Hand Sanitising Stations which have been installed at regular intervals along the mall.
All outdoor seating is now fully available.
Enhanced cleaning provisions remain in place, with additional deep cleaning of public areas, toilet facilities and touch points to ensure the highest possible level of cleanliness throughout the centre.
Swan Shopping Centre Staff
Our centre team will be on hand as always to help you during your visit and can advise on any queries you have.
Management staff, security, cleaners and other public facing members of the team will continue to wear face masks (unless exempt) whilst working on site to maintain their safely and the safety of others.
The Swan continues to offer onsite open air car parking for customers.
Bring Your Mask
It is not mandatory to wear a face covering when visiting The Swan, but we’d encourage people to bring their mask where possible to continue to help look after others in our community.
