The Swan has been awarded the Safer Parking Award by Park Mark. The award is granted in recognition that the centre provides Police accredited parking including; quality management, effective surveillance, appropriate lighting and a clean environment.
The Swan Centre has 176,280 sq ft of retail space anchored by an 110,082 sq ft Tesco Extra store providing a wide variety of choice for consumers.
This new retail complex benefits from 797 free car parking spaces and a landscaped public piazza creating a relaxed shopping environment. The development includes an enclosed mall with 24 modern and well configured retail units. Many of our units are now occupied by a varied collection of retailers, but a small selection of outlets are currently available.
